give me 90 days
Rehab is not for everyone.
Work. Family. Bills. Recovery. Life doesn't pause when you stop gambling. Heal and deal with life at the same time.
For people who can't afford rehab or can't leave work: 90 days of structure, connection and practical support.
You don't have to face the bet alone.
Every day, show up for you
One meeting or support connection
A quick check-in on urges and feelings
One practical task
A short evening reflection
Your 90-day path
Tap a stage to see what you'll work on.
- Share what's happening.
- Build your support circle.
- Block gambling access and self-exclude.
- Make a plan for difficult moments.
90 days is a beginning. Keep building beyond it.
Every client gets their own price after a first conversation, paid once. It costs far less than rehab or typical coaching programs.
This program isn't right for everyone. Peer support doesn't replace clinical treatment, rehab or crisis care. We start with a conversation about the support you need.
Common questions
Why can a 12-day retreat-style coaching model help?
Sometimes home is full of triggers: the phone apps, the bills, the stress. Twelve days away gives a real reset. A retreat-style program like Lilac Grove pairs psychiatric care with daily recovery coaching, so you can steady your mind, face the money and the family side, and leave with a plan for going home. It's short enough to fit around work and family, but long enough to make a difference.
Why is this a family disease, and why can't you do it alone?
Gambling touches everyone close to you: the lies, the missing money, the worry, the broken trust. Spouses, kids and parents carry it too, which is why Gam-Anon exists for them. Willpower alone rarely works, because the addiction does its best work in isolation. Recovery happens with other people: a meeting, a sponsor, a coach, and a family that heals alongside you.
Is rehab the same as recovery?
No. Rehab is a start: a reset, a break and a foundation to build on. Recovery happens in everyday life. Our 90 in 90 coaching helps you heal and deal at the same time, without stopping your life.
What is the difference between a GA meeting and private treatment?
Gamblers Anonymous is free, peer-led support: people who have lived it, sharing what works. There's no cost, no sign-up and no clinician. Private treatment is care from licensed professionals, such as counseling, psychiatry, intensive outpatient or residential programs. It can treat anxiety, depression or other conditions alongside the gambling. Many people do both.
How does the assessment match me with care?
Your answers about gambling, mental health, work, money and your state give a simple score. From that we pick a level of care: residential or day treatment, evening intensive outpatient, counseling, or online. You always see three options. Right Choice Recovery is first, and we suggest calling them first. Lilac Grove, a 12-day retreat-style program, is second. The third is a real program from our directory that matches your level of care, your state and your budget. This is a guide, not a diagnosis.
Why is Right Choice Recovery always first?
GA or GO has a working relationship with Right Choice Recovery, which is why they are listed first. They work with people from every state and can help you think through your options. You are always free to choose any program.
Will this tell me what treatment costs?
No. We only show details from public directories and never guess prices or insurance. If you need low-cost help, we put state-funded or state-listed providers first. Always ask each program about cost and insurance when you call.
